About Me

My name is Nicole Heroux and I am from Massachusetts. My hometown, Attleboro, is about forty minutes south of Boston. I have lived there all my life and chose to come to Trinity because I wanted to experience a new place far away from home. My interests include playing tennis, horseback riding, and reading. Back home in Attleboro, I worked as a cashier at Walgreens, a job that I can't say I miss. The only thing I miss about home is my friends, although I talk to them all the time. Here at Trinity, I plan to play Club Tennis and I hope to do some volunteer work as well. I love working with kids and look forward to finding opportunities here to do that. One unique fact about me is that I love peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, but hate peanut butter at any other time. The smell of it, outside of a sandwich, makes me gag. My computer background includes working as an editor for a small company, where I proofread online reports. However, this job required minimal computer knowledge outside of basic functions. I have no concerns about computers, but look forward to learning many useful skills in this class.

I wanted to play on the tennis club team, but I am not very good at all and I forgot to bring a racket to school with me! Oh, and I like working with kids too.
